Chic Shack condo is an upstairs unit with split system A/C and vaulted ceilings which will provide a comfortable space to call "home" while you’re on Kauai.
Chic Shack is a great place to kick your feet up after a long day's adventure! Relax on your private lanai overlooking the garden while being a short stroll to the sand. Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are all within walking distance.
• The Bedroom has a comfortable King size bed to ensure a good night's rest and a 32" inch SMART TV to stream your favorite movies or television series so don’t forget your passwords.
• The bathroom has a single vanity and shower. I provide the basics-soap, shampoo and conditioner
• Keep cool in the living room with split A/C (which cools the entire condo but you must close all the louvered windows) or you can open up all the louvered windows and enjoy the cooling Kauai trade winds! The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests (4 total), a 50" SMART TV and “Alexa” to listen to your favorite music, set alarms/reminders or ask simple questions, lol…
LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX
• My condo is in Bldg. 42 on the second floor. Parking is FREE and is located directly in front of the building making it easy to bring in your luggage or groceries. It is considered a 'Garden View' unit, as it does not have a direct view of the ocean but is an enjoyable 8 minute walk through the historic Kiahuna Plantation to Poipu Beach or 2 minutes to Kiahuna Beach Front.
• PLEASE NOTE : A Transient Occupancy tax of 13.25% and Sales & GET Tax of 4.712% will be included in the fees.
