Please be courteous.

  • Electric is very expensive in Hawaii. Please turn off all fans and lights when not in use or leaving the condo for an outing. A/C (Fan-Auto) should be set no lower than 72 degrees and can be left on during your stay as long as all louvers and sliding glass door remain CLOSED.

  • Windows & sliding glass door- Kauai has unexpected rain and wind at times. Please close all doors and louvers when leaving the unit at any time.

  • Please rinse all sand and sunscreen off at outdoor showers provided at public beaches (beach accessories rented can be left in your car. If you will be taking it into the condo make sure it is dusted off completely and placed on the outside lanai. There are "foot wash" spigots located in front of the building on both sides of the walkways coming from the parking lot to rinse sand off your feet and slippers/shoes.

    Please do not sit on furniture wet or with sunscreen on, it will stain furniture and chairs

  • Take your trash out when necessary and BEFORE check out. The trash reciprocals and recycle are located in front of the building closest to the road that leads to the Marriott and Koa Kea. This will keep the UNWANTED pests outside and from creeping in at night.

    No fruit skins or their pits/seeds, eggshells in garbage disposal

  • The dishwasher is a sanitizer and DOES NOT REMOVE food from the dishes. Please RINSE before placing in dishwasher to remove food.

  • The counter tops (or any furniture) are not heat or scratch resistant so do not place anything hot or cut anything directly on them. Coasters, trivets and cutting boards are provided for the countertops and tabletops. You will be charged for any damage small or large. To replace is costly...minimal to fix is $1500 due to cost of labor and material.

  • Please do not remove anything that belongs in this condo, you will be held responsible

    Any Furnishings or Decor cost will depend on the ITEM damaged/missing, let me know as soon as item is damaged or lost so I know what I need to replace for next guest.

  • Check-out

    In an effort to save time between check in and check out, we ask our guest to leave beds unmade, load the dishwasher with all your rinsed/scrubbed dirty dishes (excluding the knives in butcher block that need to be hand washed) and start wash cycle (Dishwashing pods are under the kitchen sink in a zip lock) Put all used towels on the floor in the bathtub/shower before checking out. You can leave the A/C on "AUTO" when you check-out. This will be greatly appreciated by my amazing cleaners!!
